Mike Cox

SERVICE DIRECTOR - Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Beginning his career as a Field Service engineer with 3M / Imation, progressing to the position of Team Leader, he then spent 10 years as a Regional Service Manager for Siemens Healthcare. In this role,Mike was responsible for the service delivery on diagnostic imaging equipment at many NHS and Private sites, including two of Siemens’ highest grossing accounts at Leeds and Newcastle, which are two of the UK’s leading University Teaching NHS Trusts. Mike then joined MESA (Medical Equipment Solutions & Applications), a Pan-European diagnostic service company who entered the UK in 2013. Mike personally managed MESA’s major UK customers, achieving an equipment uptime result of over 98% on 24 hour / 7-day contract, such is Mike’s passion for customer satisfaction

Wayne Goring

TECHNICAL PROJECTS DIRECTOR - Wayne has over 12 years’ experience in Healthcare Diagnostics Imaging, as a Senior Project Manager, Installation Manager and Senior Field Service Engineer with Siemens and Toshiba. Through a combination of vocational and academic studies, Wayne has an extensive knowledge of the industry and a skill set rarely rivalled. Wayne has a degree in Electronics and Computing from De Montfort University and a Certificate in Management from the Open University. He is PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioners qualified. He has managed and delivered Turnkey Design and Build diagnostic imaging projects for healthcare organisations with a value of £20m per project. He has designed and managed a full fleet of mobile MRI and Ct Scanners for OEM companies.

Michael Bradfield

CHAIRMAN - Michael is a successful and well-known businessman and investor in cutting edge medical technology with over 30’ years’ experience. He has a law degree from LSE and was a founder and CEO of Hospital Plan Insurance services (HPIS), a direct seller of low cost health, accident and life insurance (subsequently sold after 30 years to AIG in 2000). He is a recognised expert in direct marketing and computer application programming, specialising in system and consumer marketing database design. He has extensive experience in equipment leasing, having previously founded and run a successful international speciality asset leasing business. He is also an active investor, with a strong back record of involvement with technology-based companies and a focus on sustainable and disruptive business models. He is also a Director of and a major investor in the Proton Therapy equipment developer Advanced Oncotherapy Plc (AVO). Their aim is to deliver the next generation of Proton Therapy Treatment using its lower cost, compact LIGHT Linear Accelerator System. They are currently building the London Proton Therapy Centre in Harley Street, London.

Linda Banders

OFFICE / ACCOUNTS MANAGER - After leaving school at 18 Linda embarked upon a career in Office and Accounts work. For the last 30 years she has worked in Accounting Practice, Cost accounting, Banking,  Sales, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Hospitality, Business Advisor, Construction and Health & Safety.  She has a strong background in Customer Service and Total Quality Management and is looking forward to bringing her Industry wide skills to support our growing Company as we move forward in our fast paced, customer focused environment.  Outside of work hours she enjoys walking and training her two German Shepherd dogs and oil painting.
